Can I get dental insurance if I’m on disability and have medicaid and medicare (which don’t cover dental procedures)?

For instance wisdom teeth removed (no facial swelling almost at all) after a surgery to remove a tumor (no swelling at all) I just realized that anytime I have any surgery or dental procedures I never swell. Is this normal?

Are there any foods that reduce facial swelling due to dental procedures? If not, what helps reduce the swelling? I just had dental surgery and my face keeps getting (scarily) bigger. My medrol (anti-inflammatory) doses don’t seem to be kicking in. Help, anyone?
