How much does it cost to be put to sleep at the dentist?
I need to have two wisdoms pulled one is impacted the other is not. If I have medicade they won't cover being put to sleep rite? I live here in Michigan where an extraction can be 99.00 dollars and up if you pay cash.
If you want to be put under General anesthesia for your extraction, most likely you will have to go to Oral Surgeon. Usually 4 wisdom teeth extraction and G.A. cost $1500 (doesn't matter they are impacted or not). If you don't have that much budget then you have 2 options left:
1) Get them taken out under Local anesthesia ( without putting you to sleep). or
2)Get Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to relieve anxiety and then get your teeth pulled. This option is comparatively cheaper . Nitrous cost about $55 and if you are lucky medicade might even cover it.!
